Bob Madison created Dinoship in 2009 following 20 years unique experience in corporate, agency and nonprofit communications. Madison is the former Senior Director, Corporate Communications, for Emisphere Technologies, Inc. a drug development company based in New Jersey. Madison is the previous Director, Public Affairs, at Hoffmann-La Roche for Pegasys, the nation’s leading hepatitis C therapy, and also the former National Communications Director of the American Liver Foundation (ALF).
At Hoffmann-La Roche, Madison orchestrated media campaigns, including successful broadcast radio tours to raise awareness of hepatitis C. At the ALF, Madison created and supervised internal and external communications, including the creation of THINK B, the first-ever nationwide program directed to fight hepatitis B in Asian Americans.
Madison is the former Editorial Director for the New York Health Care Division of Porter Novelli, where he was promoted to Director of Strategic Communications, managing the corporate communications function for this global public relations firm. He was also a Senior Writer at Golin/Harris, where he specialized in science accounts.
Madison’s healthcare and corporate communications experience in creating awareness of important issues is a valuable capability that he brings to Dinoship. He created Dinoship to leverage his ability to build strong partnerships and proven track record in results-oriented communications for a variety of clients.
Madison named Dinoship after two boyhood passions, dinosaurs and airships. He has been fortunate to share his naturally enthusiastic nature with leaders in multiple industries.
